Interviewing Mr. Thomas Dutroux on his visit to Hong Kong
Nick Glaetzer has vision and picked Tasmania as his base of wine making. An intelligent and excellent wine maker, Nick won the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show and Gourmet Travellers’ Young Winemaker of the Year Award. He makes very good Pinot Noir and Shiraz. It is not a typo, indeed Shiraz made in Tasmania.
Pinot Noir is getting popular in Australia. Phaedrus Estate is one of my favourite boutique winery in Mornington Peninsula Victoria Australia. I was enjoying a glass with wine maker Ewan Campbell. If you have an opportunity do not miss their Reserve Pinot Noir.
